Urgent!!!Please help me

Agent can not accept call, just ringing, using redirect can accept call, but not "Select Resource" or using ICD

In my attachment One, there is an error message of "%MIVR-SS_RM-3-RESOURCE_STATE_CHANGE_FAILED", please pay attention

Hi,

1. Which version of CRS do you have? any patches installed...

2. Make sure that the agent phone extensions do not have a unsupported phone configuration - ICD DN's appearing on multiple devices or DN with same number on phone in different partition. Refer the supported / unsupported configuration in release notes.

Do you have TAC case opened against this issue. If not please open a TAC case.
