URL for Idle services for IP PHONE in CUCM 6

I have loaded file cisco.xml into TFTP folder. It's a picture.

Now I use url http://<IP CUCM>/cisco.xml

but nothing work. Does this solution is the same like in Callmanager 4.1 or there is some difference?

Can you access http:///cisco.xml from your PC? I suspect not - I'm not aware that the TFTP directory is mapped to a directory on the webserver running on the CCM so I think you need to place that file on another machine that has a webserver running.

to add to what Stephan said...

If you are CCM 3.x or 4.x you can place the file in C:\CiscoWebs\IPPhoneServices\CCMCIP directory and it automatically runs it through IIS.

If you have CCM 5.x or 6.x you would have to use a different webserver on a machine other than the CCM..
