We use softphone 1.3.2A with USB handset or headset.
On both devices we get the same problem: sometime the system lose contact with USB device and we have to reconfigure it using the softphone's audio setting.
It happend also that we have to physically disconnect the USB port in order to see it again in the system, and then reconfigure it in the softphone.
In both case, when the softphone receive a call we have a message : "audio device error".
This problem occurs randomly on PC.

Hi,
Could you provide the make/model/os of the PC as well as the make/model of the USB of the handset/headset?
There is a bug which might be related which is still in "Assigned" state:

We have a very similar problem with a similar setup. Sometimes even pushing buttons on the softphone or Claritel will cause Windows to blue screen. What I have found is that using a powered USB hub instead of pluggin directly into the USB port on the laptop seems to aleviate a lot of the problems.
