The information is stored in the ldap directory, normally DC if you use the ccm integrated directory.
You can open DC directory admin or your ldap admin tool and browse down the tree.
All fastdial and PAB info is stored in the directory.
If you have a lot of info you may want to use some form of perl script to get all the info out.
When you re-import it back into the ccm all you have to make sure is that the ou you import back into is the correct one.
This is only an issue if you move the data from one cluster to another and you have integrated into a corprate ldap or AD directory.
