Using CADS Call accounting software with CCM

Hi All,

Has anyone done any integration of CCM 4.1.3sr2 with CADS a call Accounting software. (Call Accounting and Directory System)available from www.phoneware.com.au

Our customer claims to have been told by phoneware that it can be integrated with CCM. I don't think Cisco has tested it, so can anyone please let me know if someone has done this?

can find nothing on CADS site, www.phoneware.com stating any cisco compatibility.(is it a phoneware product)

infortel from ISI is a really nice package that is easy to setup and use. pretty sophisticated reporting and data heirarchy.
