I have used Cobra to do an upgrade with CUC in the past, does anyone know if it can also be used for CUCM? I am wanting to go from CUCM 8.6.2 to 10.5.2.

No, the help files, and all info at ciscounitytools.com are pretty clear on what it's compatible with.

Each of the COBRAS tools has a Compatibility table.
