We have a port on a VG224 that is idle but is giving a fast busy tone. We've reset the DN and port through the UCM console and did a shut/no shut on the voice-port through the VG224 CLI. Neither attempt was successful. I'd rather not reload the VG224. Do I have any options besides a reload?

Schedule a reload at a convenient time.
Many situations can be moreover only like that.

Make sure you are on the correct pair when punching down. VG224's start at 2/0 which is white/blue on the 25 pair cable.
A lot of times, techs forget and punch down on the wrong pair versus ports.
