VG350 Power supply Spec clarification

Mac1

Hi,

Technical spec for VG350 states consumption of 230W (via converter rated at 540W), but I can't find any more details, (my guess  AC/DC converter) but what if the unit is fed by DC supply? Is there any different options with power modules, like in ASR903?

Thanks for your reply, but I am looking for more details on protection for DC/DC converter. By looking at above datasheet I get 3x different values
-230W for consumption
-540W for PS (don't know if it is AC/DC converter)
-710W for maximum (from max current)
And no data about protection device, cable size or inrush current... I believe that all information can be found on converter label/sticker or in its own technical specification datasheet. Please let me know if you have access to such information for -48VDC.

I don't believe that the device will come with a protection device. See below -

Warning This product relies on the building's installation for short-circuit (overcurrent) protection. Ensure that the protective device is rated not greater than 15A minimum, 60VDC, 35A minimum, 60VDC, 45A minimum, 60VDC, or 50A minimum, 60VDC for the Circuit Breaker. Statement 1005

Is the VG350 power supply hot swappable I read the document but could not find information regarding this.
