I am using two CME that connected to two different service provider. I am trying to have video conferencing (VT advantage) by these two CME when I dial from one phone to the other phone, but video is no working. I turned off the firewall but still video is not showing anything. very appreciate if you can solve this problem.

You need to enable H323 slow start for video to work.
voice class h323 1
call start slow
voice service voip
supplementary-service h450.12 advertise-only
## this command is required to preserve video calls over a h323 trunk.
telephony-service
video
maximum bit-rate 384
service phone videoCapability 1
create cnf
ephone 10
video
dial-peer voice 1 voip
destination-pattern <>
session target ipv4:
voice-class h323 1
show call active video to verify the call info.
