We are getting this error when trying to play the voicemail:
[Unable to create the client connection. The file AvTrapConnectionHolderSvr.exe is either missing from the system directory, an incorrect version, or corrupt. A full installation may solve the problem. [OK].

Do you get this for every client?
The AvTrapConnect stuff is used to maintain the connection between the Unity server and the VMO client in order to facilitate telephone playback.
if it's failing for everybody, you might want to update the Unity server and the VMO client software to the latest build for your version. You might want to see if you can find that file on the server, or just re-run setup to re-copy everything in.

To reflect the previous reply: is this one client or many? Is this client in a remote area/domain? Make sure it has network authentication. It does sound like a corrupt installation - try re-installing the VMO plugin, or upgrade to the latest version from CCO.
