Vlan interface on ASA won't come up when trunked to 2940 for Voip Phones

I have a ASA with Sec-Plus license and a 2940 switch. I created 2 vlans on ASA and trunked it to a 2940. Vlan 3 used for 2941 Voip Phone will not show up/up on ASA. Can you tell me what I did wrong? (see attached docs)
