I have deleted the intergration and re-added it,still the same callmanager will not register the ports.
any tips?

check if the voice mail port names match up on either ends (CM and Unity). Verify the connection using Verify button on the UTIM window.
Try restarting the Unity service as well as reset ports from Callmanager and see if that helps!
