There is a chance to monitoring a conversation with a IP Phone? not with the sound card of the PC ?

This is possible in a CRS setup where the calls can be monitored. You can do this on a PC also provided you have CRS.

I really don't think so because the VoIP MON server receives the RTP/UDP packets via SPAN/RSPAN. The VoIP Mon server then is able to select the correct RTP/UDP packets based on the MAC addressing that correlates to the particular conversation that is being monitored. This monitored voice traffic is streamed as an audio stream from the Rascal/Voip MON server across the network to the administrators PC through the sound card. It doesn't stream it as RTP/UDP voice stream which is what would be needed for your idea to work.
