Hi Guys,
There is a hunt group for customer's helpdesk. When no helpdesk is available/no helpdesk answer, caller will be direct to the voicemail.
Now only helpdesk lead can check the voicemail of the hunt group. Please advise how to add the rest of the helpdesk so they can access the voicemail as well ?

If users wouldn't like share the same VM account (everyone to have access to it), then you need utilize CUC distribute lists. Shortly:
- CUCM: forward unanswered hunt pilot calls to VM (use direct access to VM)
- CUC: Create a System Distribute List, and at Edit -> List Members at the desired recipients
- CUC: create a System Call Handler with hunt pilot extension and at Edit -> Message Settings set the created Distribute List.
