voip problem

i have a cisco switch series 3400 . i configured a voip in it and the ip phone on same switch can call each other but i don't hear anything at the same time calling another phone on other switch it works normally

What exactly you mean by configured voip on 3400 switch ?

If you experience voice issues check the routing. These are commonly due to missing routes between the two subnets.

I mean I have phones connected to Cisco switch 3400 when I make a call from any phones in this switch it makes the call but can't hear any thing but when I call from a phone in this switch to another phone in other switch I call normally and can hear normally
