Hi,
have anybody experience with 7961.
It seams to me that the volume of 7961 is half volume of 7960.
If i set the volume of 7961 to approximatly the half of the possible volume the understanding of internal call is very bad.
If i set the volume to highest value, understanding is better but not ok, but not comparable with 7960.
Off-Net calls can be adjusted via parameters on gateway but on-net calls havn't the abylity.
Is it a probleme of phone-load?

Try downloading and installing the LATEST phone load. I believe the latest is 8.0.3. This would be the FIRST thing to try.

Hi,
thats not a good idea. 8.0.3 have a problem. If you have configured a proxy url with or without "http://" you are not be able to start any service on the phone.
