WAN/MGCP incoming call dropping intermittently

Good Day,

We have CCM 4.1 configured using MGCP located at our colo with ~10 sites running 2800/SRST routers.

We have a issue with 1 site where the incomming call is intermittently not arriving at the pilot in question. When we receive the complaint that the system has gone down we have found that rebinding the MGCP router with CCM resolves the issue.

Any idea's?

If anyone has any suggestions on what this issue could be related, would be great.

Cisco 2821 Series router, IOS 12.3(11)T7

My initial thought is that the MGCP keepalives are not being received in the specified time period.

Hi Justin,

12.3(11)T7 is less-than-stellar MGCP code.

You may find more luck with 12.4(15)T9.
