I have been asked if I can remove some of the prompts from WebEX.
Basically I think the boss wants to have WebEX call him and he presses 1 and is in the meeting.
Is this a per-meeting setting or is this a global setting?

What you describe here must be enabled on your WebEx account if you do not see this option when scheduling meeting. With the convenience comes higher per minute cost of course, but this functionality is defiantly available. Like I said, if it is not option today when scheduling meeting and selecting audio options, open ticket with WebEx and they can discuss transitioning your account to allow for this feature.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the response! I did some reading, not just skimming like usual and found the feature to turn off, now I cant even remember what the feature was calIed - something in the group configuration page.
