WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD IP PHONE SERVICES FOR CUCM 6. I had many ip phone services like big clock on phone desktop in Callmanager 4, can I adjust this task? What interesting and useful services I can use in CUCM 6?

Hi,

These aren't services you download, more services you make available to your end users. You can create particular applications via the SDK.

Cisco IP Phone Services Software Development Kit (SDK):

..then, when you create the service in CCM it is referencing an external server such as a proxy.

The services you had configured in CCM4 should be applicable in v6, just manually copy the info across.
