Not sure which of the following two pieces of information you are requesting.. so here's both of them.. if neither of these are what you are looking for let me know:

The URL that phones use to request services is configured in CallManager. This is the web page the phone requests when the user presses the "Services" button on their IP Phone, and is typically something similar to:

http://callmanager/CCMCIP/getservicesmenu.asp

The phone appends its device name as a parameter before calling this URL, so what the phone actually requests is something like the following:

http://callmanager/CCMCIP/getservicesmenu.asp?name=SEP0006283E0C44

You can call this URL yourself in a webbrowser to see the list of services sent to an IP Phone.

To check this value from CallManager administration, go to the "System" menu and choose "Enterprise Parameters". Scroll down to the "Phone URL Parameters" section and look in the "URL Services" textbox.

As with many device settings it can be overriden at the device level. From the "Device" menu choose "Phone" and perform a search to display a list of phones. Edit a display-capable IP phone and check the "Services" value in the "Cisco IP Phone - External Data Locations" section.

------------

Alternatively, your service URL is configured when you define a service for the phones to subscribe to: this is the web page that the phone requests when a user calls your service from their IP Phone.

Since you have already created services, you are probably familiar with these. When you create a service, the Service URL is defined in the Service Information section of the service configuration, such as the following:

http://yourwebserver/cisco/myservice.asp
