On my opening greeting, when I select the standard greeting, it's greyed out and I cannot enable it. I have a greeting recorded and everything else set up but I cannot enable it. all of the other greeting are enabled. Unity is 4.0(3). Whenever I call my voicemail pilot point, it just hangs up because of this.

It is grayed out because you are not allowed to change it. Run DBWalker and it will reenable it.

The root cause of this issue is the following defect:

It will be resolved in the 4.0(4) release. If you have a TAC case open please ask the engineer to link it to this defect.
