Why My cucm system does not show: system -> capability->licensing ->capability->assignment ?

Folks,

can some tell me why cucm does not show: SYSTEM ->LICENSING ->CAPABILITY -> ASSIGNMENT?

Anthony, since the licenses are no longer managed by CUCM starting v9 therefore you might not be able to see any option except License Usage Report in CM. Licenses are managed by ELM/PLM for CUCM and other UC products now and hence you should login to either of those for more details regarding the licensing.
