Hi everyone,
following situation;
We bought a Wildcard Certificate *.ourdomain.com. For this i created a request on Cisco ASA. Then i send this request to Certification Authority and i received the certificate for installing on ASA. That works fine. So next step was, i export this certificate from ASA as PKCS12 format with passphrase for installling on other ASA. Also these works fine.
Ok but on our WebEx Server (using Version 2.7.1.2066.B-AE) i wanted to install this exported certificate but i got this error message:
PKCS12 archive cannot be decrypted using the passphrase. Please retry using a different PKCS12 archive
I used format with .p12 and .pfx
I dont know why this doesn`t works. Passphrase is correct. On WebEx i can install internal and external SSL certificate but on both i get this error message.
Has anybody an idea?
Thanks
regards
Matthias
