Configuration of a breakout cable with a server

Hi,  I have a breakout cable to connect a server with 4 10G ports to a nexus 5624Q with 40G ports.

 

Can you tell me how does it work to use the 4 10G ports on the server? Do I have to configure an etherchannel between these ports (NIC teaming) ? What do I need to do on the switch also? A specific command?
