Power Supply cisco 4010

Hello,

somme switch in our infrastructure, like  cisco 4010 (15.2(8)E1) show this anomaly :

show env power :

and the LED of PSU2 is RED.

When I try this command : power supply on
Failed to set FRU PS 1 on

 I need help .

@azhari hi, check the console logs for device logs. check power supply connectivity. next step, open  a TAC

Hi,

Despite the change of the power source the PSU was still KO. finally, the solution was to replace the pSU.
