Hi,

with a 2940 it's a little difficult. You need for ACL a EM Image and this is not availible for a 2940. I would write the access-list on th access router or you must configure your requirements through 802.1x.

Hi,

I guess, you wanted to deny traffic between 2 PCs and at the same time allow access to the router while all these conencted to the same C2940, is that right?

You can use Protected Port feature. You make ports of PCs as protected and access router port as un-protected.
