According to CCO I need 128MB DRAM and 32MB Flash minimum for 12.3T IPSEC/IDS images.
I had problems locating a 32MB Flash via google, GoldenRam, Cisco Memory dealers, etc. Any ideas on why I can't find a 32MB flash for a 3640? Larges I could find was 24MB Flash card? Maybe I need to switch from external flash to something internal?

Hi Jason
Do a "google search" for "MEM3600-2X16FS" (so 32 MB Flash is shipped as 2x16MB Flash SIMMS) and you will find a lot of dealers.
Two months ago I bought one. No problem to find it.

Yes you should buy 2x16megs internal as the 3600 series support flash cards only up to 24 megs.
But i should check the images as a lot will fit onto 24mb flash as well as i experianced myselve.
