Hie all
Could someone please tell me if the new 3745 can support the Wic-1/2ENET wan interface card, I know it comes standard with 2 fixed FE ports but I need 4 ethernet ports.
Thanks

I think you are confused. As far as I know, there aren't any WICs with Ethernet ports. I think you are looking for a Network Module. You can use NM-2FE2W, Network Module with Two Fast Ethernet ports and Two WIC slots, supported in Cisco 3745.
Hope this helps

WIC-1ENET does exist, but works for 1700 platform only. The NM-2FE2W is indeed the correct solution to get 4 ethernets on a 3745.

As far as i know, WIC-1ENET is supported only in 1760, its not supported in 3700 series router
The following is the excerpt from cisco site
WIC-1ENET not recognized in WIC slot 1 of 1700 routers and other restrictions
Introduction: WIC-1ENET not recognized in WIC slot 1 of 1700 routers
Versions: 1720 router with WIC-1ENET with 12.1(3)XT2.
The restriction of the WIC-1ENET:
WIC-1ENET Restrictions and Unsupported Features
WIC-1ENET is not supported in platforms other than the Cisco 1700.
Only a twisted pair RJ-45 connection is supported; there is no AUI or BNC
interface support.
No Auto Negotiation (Auto Sensing) between half-duplex and full-duplex
modes.
WIC-1ENET cannot be used for TFTP file downloading while the host is in
ROMMON.
WIC-1ENET is not recognized by the Cisco 1700 when it's in ROMMON mode.
Current Cisco IOS supports the WIC-1ENET only in Slot 0 of a Cisco 1700

The restrictions are relaxed slightly in 12.2(2)XJ, so that you may now put the WIC-1ENET in any WIC slot:
But the WIC-1ENET is still usable only on the 1700 series.
