I have two 6500 connected to each other with ether-channel(lacp). I have no configured any static cam entries. But when doing "show cam stat" one of 6500 shows:
SEORBB0001> (enable) sh cam stat
* = Static Entry. + = Permanent Entry. # = System Entry. R = Router Entry.
X = Port Security Entry $ = Dot1x Security Entry
VLAN Dest MAC/Route Des [CoS] Destination Ports or VCs / [Protocol Type]

Total Matching CAM Entries Displayed =5
SEORBB0001> (enable)
and the second one shows:
SEORBB0002> (enable) sh cam stat
* = Static Entry. + = Permanent Entry. # = System Entry. R = Router Entry.
X = Port Security Entry $ = Dot1x Security Entry

My question is what is these mac addresses for?
It seems to be some kind of loop, since both switches point to each other in order to switch a frame, for example,to the destination mac 01-00-5e-50-44-53

If you have multicasting configured in your network, a multicast enabled router or an IGMP querier will install static CAM in your switch.

multicast is not enabled nor in the switches neither in the routers.
SEORBR0002#sh ip mroute
IP Multicast Forwarding is not enabled.
SEORBB0002> (enable) sh igmp querier information
IGMP switch querier disabled for all VLAN(s)

Can you do a "sh multicast group" and a " sh multicast router" on the switch

There is some multicast application in your network. Use a sniffer to determine what it is
