We continue to get incorrect data from our 7206's when monitoring the HSSI port. Does anyone have the correct OID to get ifIn/OutOctets? That would be a good start to try and determine are we even looking at the correct value.
For interface speeds of less than 20Mbps using 32-bit counters like ifInOctets/ifOutOctets are ok, but for High Speed interfaces > 20Mbps, you need to use the 64-bit counters (ifHCInOctets etc). Did you try using any other snmp tool to compre the results?. Also can refer to http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/Gen_NMS/38.html
