I have two 9300 switches in the stack, Switch-1 & Switch-2.

How do I visually identify Switch-1 & Switch-2 so that I know ports Gi1/0/1 means I am settings up Switch-1 and Gi2/0/1 means Switch-2 ?

Hit the "Mode" button until the LED stops at "Stack".

Look at the ethernet port LED.

Switch 1 will blink port 1.

Switch 2 will blink port 2.

Switch 2 will blink port 2.

When I execute show switch, 1 switch number is marked with * what is the meaning of star. Also I believe with high priority 15 I can make the switch as Switch 1 so that I can assign ports1/0/1 from that switch.

Current stack master.

yes, correct you can make that as the master that port number start with 1/0/1 - before put in into production make sure you change the switch numbering and priorities. it is easy for patching,
