A simple question for Catalyst 6509

How to synchronize the system log's time with the 6509's system time?

I set both the 6509's clock time & calender time,but the time showed in the log are different with them.

Hi,

Are you running native IOS on your 6509?

If so try:

service timestamps log datetime localtime

Also if you want millesconds in your logging timestamp you can add "msec" at the end

I believe on CATOS you can only use "set logging timestamp enable"
