Aironet APs discovered as routers in DFM

Aironet APs discovered as routers in DFM, even though IDU 9 is installed to add functionality for the APs, why is DFM classifying these devices as routers? This problems as DFM shows the interfaces as operationally down.

Any ideas on how to fix this

Look at the oid2type.conf file in your DFM install directory. This is what defines the device type. Look for the TYPE field for AP1200, it shows router than that is the way it will show up.
