What will be a good package for client that wants NAM installation and configurations other than configuring the IP and snmp and enabling http server support? I understand that educating the client how to use the NAM software (how to SPAN, capture data, Monitor, and set alarms) will be part of the package, but how far can this education go? Can anyone share his/her experience of what this package should include?
I have the same concerns for Ciscoworks LAN/WAN package.
