ANI database isn't updating after running reinitdb.pl..

I am running ANI Server 4.2, on Common Server 2.2 and RME 3.5. Trying to clean up ANI database I decided to run the reinitdb.pl script, now my discovery doesn't go past my seed files. All of the configuration looks good (seed files, snmp setup), what am I missing or what needs to be fixd?

Is Jump Router boundries option checked in the discovery settings?. Are there any discovery filters setup in discovery settings blocking any devices?

Jump Router boundries is checked and no filters setup. It is really confusing because the setting are the same as they were before I ran the script, and it was working fine then. The only devices I see are my two seed devices which are 6509's in our core layer.
