bandwidth limitizer

My LAN has a 128KBPS connetion to Internet. I need to separate them become two (LAN A and LAN B).

Each LAN with 64KBPS Internet connection.

Is there any kind of equipment (switch) to meet the requirement?

Any comment or suggestion will be highly appreciated.

I don't want to endorse any product but you can evaluate "Expand" or "Packeteer" which do this job.

There might be Cisco flavors as well which I don't know.

If you want to do this in a router there are lots of examples on bandwidth management but I am not sure if they are as efficient as above products.
