Hello I need to Monitor bandwidth consumed by my network devices and hosts.
A overall bandwidth used by my systems.
Is there a tool, Cisco provides which would help me in monitor bandwidth.
I found Netflow Analyzer, which produces reports based on Netflow.
I have Cisco 2950 Catalyst switches. How do I enable netflow in Cisco catalyst 2950 switches.
Thanks,
Chandru

Hello,
I'm sorry, but I think that NetFlow is NOT supported on your switch. In some IOSes there are netflow related commands, but if you enable netflow export, nothing happen. Netflow is supported on the
Cisco 800, 1700, 2600, 1800, 2800, 3800, 4500, 6500, 7200, 7300, 7500, 7600, 10000, 12000 and CRS-1. NetFlow is NOT supported on the Cisco 2900, 3500, 3660, 3750! Our company is developing netflow monitoring solution so if you want to know more check our homepage.

If you just want aggregate usage, and are OK with 5 minute averages, you might look at MRTG. The price is right -- free.
