bandwidth test on DS3

what is the best way to test the bandwidth on a DS3 circuit, I have just installed a DS3 with Flexwan module on 6509 and my management want to know if we are getting the FULL T3. Any software or debug i can use? Please help.

TTCP is a good bandwidth testing program. But keep in mind that depending on the round-trip latency of the circuit, you may not be able to saturate it with a single TCP session without utilizing some TCP performance optimizations. See http://www.psc.edu/networking/perf_tune.html
