C/W 2K Questions (Discovery of 2620 ... and much much more)

running rme 3.4

dfm 1.2

cm 3.2

1) When I view the net. topology it shows a '?' for my 2620's. Also, the 2620 isn't showing up on the right side of the view. It shows 72xx's, 2950's, etc. but no 2620. How do I change that.

2) Some T1 links on network topology are missing. How do I fix that?

3) In Monthly Latency Report, what does it mean that I have 100% error for an MSFC DHCP Request?

4) Under Management Connection->Browse Device. How do I browse if the http port that I've opened is not port 80? Can I change the 'fall-back' port?

5) Why is it bad to export more than 50 devices to visio?

Any help on any question would be GREAT!

CiscoProducts.468 is the sysObjectID of 2620XM type of router which is a different chassis type than the regular 2620. It is supported in with Incremental Device Update (IDU) 2.0 installed which you can get from:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-campus

There's also IDU 2.0 for RME 3.4 which you can get from:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-rme providing additional new device support including the above as well.

1) Does this 2620 show up on the map with the correct icon?. What is the sysObjectID for this 2620?

2)http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps563/products_tech_note09186a0080094949.shtml can be used to narrow down.

5) Haven't seen this. Does CCO Bug Toolkit reveal anything close?

It shows an Icon with a 'question mark'. It appears to be listed as 'CiscoProducts.468' instead of as a 2620.
