Can someone tell me if the MSFCII can be installed on a C6K SUP1?
And If so, what minimum version IOS on the switch would it need?

Only Sup1a with an MSFC is field upgradable to MSFC2. If you have Sup1 or Sup1a without an MSFC, then you cannot upgrade to MSFC2. Document for reference
