Campus Manager Network Topo. View Problems

I'm having problems on my desktop running Win2K. When I display Layer 2 view, all of the icons are stacked. I try to use the View -> Relayout option and it has no effect. This happens whether I use IE or Netscape. I go to another computer and it displays fine. I've reinstalled Java and the web browsers and nothing seems to help.

I realized that the problem resides on my desktop computer, but have no idea what to try next to fix the problem. Thanks for any help.

What is the version of Campus Manager?

Thanks for your reply. The problem occurs with two different servers running two different verions--3.1 and 3.2.

There was a problem similar to what you're seeing but only in Campus 3.1 and on European Locales only which have been fixed in 3.2. Are you on a European Locale?. For 3.2 you may first want to search the CCO Bug Toolkit to see if there are any known issues for this version before contacting TAC.
