Can't login to a WinNT domain

After switching to a 3550 router and 1760 switch, our Win98 sp2 machines can't login to our Win NT server which is in the same LAN, it says it can't log on to domain.

I checked hardware speeds, and other net settings but seems to be correct.

Anyone with a suggestion/solution?

Check to see if you have "switchport host" configured under the interfaces on which you have your server and clients. If not enable it and try
