Catalyst 4500 Firmware upgrade

Currently running firmware Version 03.10.01.E (cat4500e-universal.SPA.03.10.01.E.152-6.E1.bin) and I would like to upgrade it to the following version: cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.10.02.E.152-6.E2.bin

Please could you tell me if this is a correct upgrade path and that nothing else is required e.g. bootloader upgrades etc.

Release Notes should say if a ROMmon upgrade is required (or not).
