CEMF : map and thresholding regime

can u help me about cemf ,

map update (modem ofline but colour of the modem is green , must be red , and u can see a modem which was not active since 2003 )

and thresholding attriutes details ,not " how can ı make regimes "

Seems like a bug. Have you tried restarting the CEMF server. Does the problem persist after reload? Also check the following doc for help.
