Changing device attributes

I want to do a mass change of SNMP community strings and enable passwords, by doing this through RME config editor and pushing out the change I don't think this will update the RME database. Other than exporting the inventory and doing a change in the export and re-importing the file is there another way to do a global change in the RME database?

You can use RME->Administration->Inventory->Change Device Attributes which will update the RME database with the updated device credentials.

If you use the templates in NetConfig to do your updates, it should automatically update the RME database with the new credentials.
