Cannot connect to the above switch from my console port. Port not working. I don't have any I/P Address on this switch that I can Telnet into. Is there any way I can connect and setup an I/P Address??

If you are running newer IOS, you can use express setup
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/473/express-setup.html
But if console port is not responding and you are certain that you are using a good cable/settings, you will be better off replacing the switch.
