Cisco View 5.4 don´t show any traffic on an Catalyst 4006 Interface

Hi,

we have a problem with a Catalyst 4006 and Cisco View 5.4 in CiscoWorks 2000 Lan Network Management Solution. When we connect the 4006 and then wants to monitor an Interface we dont see any traffic. The graph remains always on zero percent in all Traffic Windows. Any Idea?

Have you installed the latest device package?. Is there enough traffic on that interface that scales upto the graph axis?. Have you run it long enough to get some data?

Yes i have installed the latest device package. We monitored a port with a file server connected, there is a load of traffice the CLI from this interface show 39/255 and 46/255 RX/TX load. I run the monitor over onr hour with an interval of 5 seconds, nothing happend to the graph.
