I can do anything in CiscoWorks and it works well except for going to device manager/ciscoview. I then get java runtime errors and it logs me out of the ciscoworks session also. Seems to not be syncing with the CiscoWorks.

Ciscoworks –

CD Fifth version - 2.1

RME – 3.4

Ciscoview – 5.4

What is the browser version that you're using?. Also does this java error occurs both on the server as well as acessing from the client ?

CV does not sync automatically with RME unless you do it first. As for the Java error, are you using the correct plug-in version 1.3.1 ?

it appears to be working again - suspect the reboot fixed whatever was hung
