Hi.
When I try to get an Update Upgrade Info from RME/Administration/Software Management I can see a critical error: Upgrade Path Knowledge Base not found.
Check the SWIM crm version and kb version input values.
Why?

What RME version is this?. Did you try doing a CCO Bug Toolkit search on the error?

Upgrading to SNMS 1.5 should correct this.
