Hi, I want CiscoWorks for a SUN solarisV8 to manage our LAN/WAN. I need to be able to do configurations, real-time monitoring, alarming and QOS policy implementations. together with HPOpenview.

very confused which modules to buy.

Can someone help me identify which products and part numbers I need for CiscoWorks?

For Config Management, Real-Time Monitoring, Alarming you can use CW2000 RWAN or LMS bundle. You can look at:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/top_issues/jump9.html which has the product bulletins for both RWAN/LMS including Part# details and how to order it as well. But LMS/RWAN does not do QoS Policy etc. For doing QoS stuff you can look at QPM v3.0 (QoS Policy Monitor): http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/wr2k/qoppmn/prodlit/1912_pp.htm but QPM 3.0 right now is only available on Windows platform.
